This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit corporatemotorsports.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. This website is operated by two related businesses:

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to both businesses.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, which of our shops your message is for, and whether you are an existing customer. When you call or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your phone number, email address and details about your vehicle or engine. We use this information only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region, not your exact address). It uses cookies to do this. We also record when a visitor taps a phone number, email address or directions link, so we can tell which pages lead people to contact us. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Our web host, like all web hosts, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Services we use

  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console (Google LLC), for site statistics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our email. See Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy.
  • Embedded social media content. Some pages show posts or videos from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. When a page with this content loads, those companies may collect information or set cookies under their own privacy policies, even if you don’t interact with the post.
  • Google Maps. Our Contact page shows embedded Google Maps for both shops, and “Get directions” links open Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may collect information or set cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted (cross-site) advertising, and we do not use advertising tracking pixels on this site.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser opt-out signals as a request to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising, though we don’t do either.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we have personal information about you, and give you a copy of it
  • correct information that is inaccurate
  • delete information you gave us

Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and we extend them to all visitors. To make a request, email admin@corporatemotorsports.com. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will reply to your appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Connecticut Attorney General.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep normal business records. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account and is then deleted automatically.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
