The Project

Overview

This 911 came into the shop as a tired but honest car and left as an IROC-inspired tribute built to be driven hard. Every system was stripped, inspected, and rebuilt to a documented standard, with careful attention paid to the period-correct cues that make the RSR silhouette so recognizable.

The result balances originality with genuine track capability: a car that reads correctly at rest and performs predictably at speed, finished to the same standard we hold across our race program.

Build Notes

The Build Process

Prep

Old adhesive, rust, and grime are removed and the car is stripped to bare metal. We start by gutting the chassis and prepping the body for fabrication and paint.

Paint

New panels are sealed in epoxy primer to protect the metal from corrosion, then a fresh textured coating is applied for full underbody protection. The engine bay, cabin, and exterior are all painted.

Assembly

The floor pan and chassis interior are lined for a factory-clean look with true motorsport functionality, before final assembly, fitment, and setup.
